Observation from Sports Grounds Safety Advisor - 20/03/2013

I wish to acknowledge the very informative training session delivered by yourself to the various staff that contribute to serving and managing patrons at a race meeting. It was good to witness staff involvement in the syndicate exercises and hear feed back on race day matters.
