New HSE Law Poster. - 21/03/2014

During our many inspections RANA risk management is being asked this question too frequently!

Do I need to display the HSE Law Poster and, if I do, must it be the latest version?

All employers must either display the HSE Health and Safety Law Poster in their premises or provide each of their employees with a copy of the HSE leaflet entitled Health and Safety Law: What You Should Know. The HSE Law Poster includes basic health and safety information and informs people as to who is responsible for health and safety in your workplace.

There is no requirement to display the latest poster until April 2014, although it does make sense to ensure that this is the version you obtain if you need to purchase one before that date.
